Firup is a player. Firup does not host or provide films, series or other media. Content comes from addons that users add themselves, and Firup does not review or control those sources.

Sending a notice

If you are a rights holder and believe material is being made available in a way that infringes your rights, send a notice to firup.copyright@gmail.com. A valid notice should contain:

Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
Identification of the material you say is infringing and where it is shown, with enough detail (such as a link or the addon concerned) for it to be located.
Your contact details: name, postal address, email address and telephone number.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Notices are reviewed, and valid notices are acted on.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was affected by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, firup.copyright@gmail.com.
