Delete your Firup account
This page explains how to delete a Firup account and the data synced with it. You do not need to reinstall the app, and you do not need to sign in, to read it.
What deleting does
Deleting your account permanently deletes the account and all synced data (settings, profiles, progress, linked devices) and cancels any active subscription. It cannot be undone. Files, folders and preferences stored only on your own devices stay on those devices.

Ways to request deletion
1. In the Firup app
On Android phone, open the You page (Account), find the Delete account panel and choose Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete account forever.
On Android TV, open Settings, then Account, Profiles & Devices, then Account & Sync, choose Manage account and Open, and use the same Delete account panel.
2. On this website
Go to My account, sign in, choose Delete account, type DELETE to confirm and choose Permanently delete my account.
3. By email
Write to firup.support@gmail.com from the email address of the account you want deleted and ask for it to be deleted. Requests are handled as soon as possible.
